100% visual inspection will be carried out by dedicated, trained visual inspectors,

Usage of magnifier aids in precision inspection.

Oscillating Disc Rheometer

The effects of compound variations on curing characteristics are important in compound development studies or production control. In compound development, the composition of the ingredients can be varied until the desired vulcanization characteristics are achieved. For all this, the Computerized Rheometer with Micro-processor temperature controls is an equipment of vital importance. The inventions of new Polymers & Rubber Chemicals leads the compounder to an embarrassing position regarding their choice & use. The Rheometer is an only equipment in the Rubber Industry which helps the Compounder to choose the right material and its appropriate dose to meet the end requirements of the product. The Rheometer not only exhibits the curing characteristics of the Rubber Compound but it also monitors the processing characteristics as well as the physical properties of the material. The “Cure Curve” obtained with a Rheometer is a finger print of the compound’s vulcanization and processing character.

Universal Testing Machine

  • Loading accuracy as high as ± 1%.
  • Straining at variable speeds to suit a range of materials.
  • Motor-driven threaded columns for quick and convenient adjustment of lower cross-head to facilitate rapid fixing of test specimen.
  •
  • Continuous roll auto graphic recorder supplied as standard to enable study of the behavior of materials.
  • High reading accuracy due to large size design of dial.

Muffle Furnace

Muffle Furnace are used in the facilities,  in order to determine what proportion of a sample is non-combustible and non-volatile (i.e., ash).

Test Button Press

Test Press is used for checking the incoming Rubber compound by moulding test buttons, from which we can check the exact hardness of the compound.

Shore A -Durometer

A Durometer is often used to measure the hardness and durability of rubber.

Hardness determined in Shore-A , measurement.
